Thou shalt not question Stephen Fry

Friday 29th saw a very busy night at Popstarz and a live set by Dan Le Sac and Scroobius Pip. So I'd heard good things about Dan Le Sac from a mate who likes glitch and other IDM, but I'd not actually sat down and aquainted myself with the band. They performed 6 songs: The Beat That My Heart Skipped, Look For The Woman, Sugababes - Push The Button, Thou Shalt Always Kill, A Letter From God To Man, and Prince - Cream. I knew Letter from God to Man but couldn't work out where I'd heard it. The fans knew every word and it was a great performance. Dan managed to have great stage presence despite being a short fat dude with big sideburns and a Judge Dread tshirt, Scroobius looked like a character performed by Sacha Baron Cohen. The aftermath of this gig is me printing out lyrics and sticking them on my wall, while lying on my floor contemplating god, man, and other simple testiments to the truth of the world.

In other news, my set was awesome, and later on I got asked to help out later as someone pulled out at last minute and thus I got paid twice. Bonus!
